Greg Rice, is a Principal and Founder of Solid Rock Group and is a real estate professional with 40 years of diversified experience in real estate development, leasing, brokerage sales, acquisitions, property management, and asset management. Since founding SRA in 1990, Mr. Rice has been involved in over $6 billion in transaction activity. Initially founded with a focus on real estate, SRA’s transaction history includes over 160 different properties with some of the world’s finest hotels and resorts — the Four Seasons and Plaza Hotels in Manhattan, the Princeville Resort on Kaui, and Las Ventanas in Los Cabos, Mexico.
James McCrimmon is a Principal of Solid Rock Group who offices in Colorado. He has been with Solid Rock Advisors since inception and brings 30+ years of varied real estate experience to the group. Mr. McCrimmon has completed assignments involving leasing and sales of virtually all property types including office and industrial properties, retail centers, net lease properties, hotels, single and multi-family residential, development land, zero cash flow assets and even self-storage. He also has extensive experience in financing and refinancing activities, with several billion dollars’ of completed assignments with lenders such as Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Fortress and Bank of America. He has also dealt extensively over the past few years with Specials Servicers including Rialto, Argentic and LNR regarding partnership structuring and other issues relating to new and existing CMBS financing.
Mr. McCrimmon’s current focus is on asset management of NNN retail and office properties, brokerage and financing. He currently oversees the Asset Management of non-hotel assets for Solid Rock Group and works on various top-line reporting and special projects for clients. Mr. McCrimmon currently holds active real estate licenses in multiple states.
Anil Chintapalli is an Investor and Strategic Advisor for Solid Rock Group as well as a Principal in one of the group’s key real estate verticals on which the company has a priority focus. Anil brings 30 years of Financial Services, Technology, Operations and management consulting (driving revenue growth, and operational efficiency) expertise that has been the result of experience with his family office and also leading global financial advisory institutions such as (but not limited to) Capgemini Ernst & Young, JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Lehman, Barclays, Standard Chartered, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, Apollo Global Management, and Nomura. His investment management to advisory experience through investment enterprises such as (but not limited to) Human Capital Development, Solid Rock, Global Blockchain Ventures, Reedland Capital Partners, and Matrix represent a multi-billion dollar portfolio consisting of real-estate (residential, commercial, and hospitality), media and entertainment (video games, feature films and OTT), healthcare (pharma, hospital, digital healthcare), education (K-12, Higher Ed), consumer products (agriculture, food and beverage, retail), and technology (in above verticals). He chairs and manages a commercial investment partnership with National Investment & Infrastructure Fund, a $4.3 Billion Alternative Asset Manager owned by sovereign investors such as Temasek, ADIA, Government of India, U.S Government’s IDFC, CPPIB, Ontario Teachers, Australian Super, PSPIB. As Chairman of media business with Globalive Media, premier producer of Beyond Innovation TV show (currently in its third season) that is focused on new and emerging technologies airing on Bloomberg TV in over 70 countries, he is scaling the media business to showcase entrepreneurs, business and government leaders changing our world for the better. From 2014-2019, he served as the senior economic advisor to State Government of Andhra Pradesh, India (FY 21-22 GDP of ~$150 Billion USD) – during his tenure, State’s GDP grew from $65 Billion (FY 2014) to $124 Billion (FY 2019) and has been ranked by the World Bank as the best state as per the ease of doing business index. This diverse industry (investment and operational) expertise has enabled successful relationships with enterprises such as (but not limited to) The Walt Disney Company, General Electric, Intel, Prudential Financial, Microsoft, Walmart, Amazon, Apple, Coca Cola, Verizon, EMC, Darden, Qualcomm, and World Bank.
