Solid Rock Asset Management (SRAM) is a Full-Service Asset Management firm based in Dallas, Texas. SRAM manages a portfolio of Full and Select Service hotel properties across the United States on behalf of private clients. We provide oversight of property management teams, planning, advice on operator and franchise selection, marketing plans, facility issues and any other issues related to the successful operation of your property.

Solid Rock Asset Management: Thomas Rosati is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Project Management for Solid Rock Advisors Thomas Rosati, Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Project Management for Solid Rock Advisors, most recently served as Senior Vice President at Hudson Advisors, where he asset managed a portfolio of 24 hotels. He also oversaw completion of PIP renovations for eighteen of those hotels, which included Hilton, Doubletree and Marriott Courtyard properties. In addition, he rebranded four of the hotels to the Doubletree flag and one to Hilton. While at Hudson he was also responsible for transforming a corporate structure inherited from Lodgian. This restructuring included the consolidation of office space and staff, installing new accounting and construction software and associated IT structures, replacing a number of General Managers and Sales Managers and establishing ecommerce programs companywide. Prior to this Mr. Rosati served at Driftwood Hospitality for 10 years. As Vice President of Operations there, his role grew as the company’s portfolio grew from three to over forty hotels. This included involvement in acquisitions activity, overseeing renovations and brand required PIPs, negotiations with unions, oversight of day-to-day operations, and maintenance of relationships with partners, owners, asset managers and brands. Mr. Rosati’s experience covers both branded and independent hotels ranging in size from 100 to 1000 rooms.

Solid Rock Asset Management: Larry Kantor is a Vice President of Solid Rock Group based in Hawaii Larry Kantor is a Vice President of Solid Rock Group based in Hawaii. He brings over 20 years of real estate and diverse hospitality-focused experience to the team including; operations, market analysis, asset management and valuation. He has provided advisory services to owners and prospective buyers related to the acquisition and disposition of a variety of hospitality projects including hotels, resorts and mixed-use developments. His experience includes extensive underwriting and valuation of numerous portfolios, each with more than 100 properties; as well as strategic planning, rebranding and market repositioning for the owners of single and multi-asset portfolios. His asset management experience includes several luxury hotels in Beverly Hills and San Diego while he led Andersen’s hospitality consulting practice in Southern California. Following his time with Andersen, Mr. Kantor served as a Principal in the Travel & Transportation consulting practice of IBM Global Services. Mr. Kantor provided a broad range of Asset Management services for an exclusive collection of luxury villas and homes along the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. Mr. Kantor received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Ad- ministration. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

Solid Rock Asset Management: Braeden Fleming is an Analyst at Solid Rock Asset Management in the Dallas office Braeden Fleming is an Analyst at Solid Rock Asset Management in the Dallas office. Braeden's responsibilities include operations and financial analysis, strategy and reporting, and investment underwriting. He also supports the business development initiatives. Before joining the Solid Rock team, Braeden completed his degree at the University of Arkansas where he majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. Mr. Fleming’s prior experience includes Venture Commercial Real Estate.
